ACP Cladding

Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP) is a strong, rigid, lightweight, flat solution for both interior and exterior application where high load-bearing capacity is not required. The panel consists of aluminum skins on both sides of a polyethylene core. The overall thickness in usually 3mm or 4 mm. The skin to be exposed (outer skin) is coil coated in PVDF paint & the inner skin is mill finish.

The sheets can be made into various shapes & sizes by routing and folding technique. The subsequent tray is fixed onto the substructure installed on the building face. After fixing the panels, a suitable sealing material is applied to the joints in order to ensure water-tightness.
